Vanalite 3f62c96cd0 feat: Init mobile app from current Tauri framework ...

Feat:
- Using Tauri framework by default
- Add new configuration to initiate mobile app and its command for dev
- Add dependencies needed for mobile build

- Confirm to be built successfully
